All order made from Zuanoutlet website will be shipped by using third party entities except for wholesale inquiries. Zuanoutlet will not take responsibilities for damages occured during transportation. Zuanoutlet is not responsible for weather issue or technical issue which result in lost or damage to product. However, Zuanoutlet will ensure our post-out product is secured properly before handing to our delivery partners! Return & Exchange Policy
Zuanoutlet strongly believed our customer has the right to received item with 100% quality with no defects whatsoever. How ever, we cannot guarantee that all goods will be received fully intact with no defect. This is why Zuanoutlet will always welcome our customer to return or exchanged any item that is damages or erroneously delivered. Incase of stated, Zuanoutlet will replace our customer with a new and right one.
